Henan xinlianxin chemical fertilizer company in Xinxiang is a large enterprise. Since October 15, the production load of the company has been reduced by 80%. The relevant personnel of the company said that there was no way to produce at all now, only enough to maintain the insulation of the equipment. It is understood that other small and medium-sized chemical fertilizer enterprises in Xinxiang have basically stopped production, as have small and medium-sized chemical fertilizer plants in southern Henan, such as Xinyang

what puzzles chemical enterprises is that the emergency piezoelectric and power limitation measures implemented by local governments adopt a "one pot one end" approach to enterprises, which is neither backward nor advanced. As of the end of August, xinlianxin company has saved more than 110000 tons of standard coal, overfulfilled the energy-saving task of this year in advance, and is one of the enterprises with the lowest unit consumption in the fertilizer industry in China. insiders pointed out that this "extraordinary" move at present will produce a series of serious future problems, which should be paid close attention to. First, the price of bulk chemical products rose abnormally, breaking the normal order of the market. Take chemical fertilizer as an example. At present, the price of urea in Henan has reached 1950 yuan/ton, but the cost of urea in advanced enterprises caused by piezo electricity and power limitation has exceeded 20 yuan, promoting the sharing of military and civilian resources in the field of new materials of 00 yuan/ton. The output of chemical fertilizer has fallen sharply, and next year's spring ploughing may lead to a "fertilizer shortage". Second, there are serious potential safety hazards. Safety protection is most needed for equipment in winter. Under low load and heat preservation conditions, accident factors will rise sharply. Third, it runs counter to the original intention of national energy conservation and emission reduction. It is reported that the most advanced fertilizer enterprises in Henan normally consume about 800 kwh of electricity for each ton of urea produced, but now 1400 kwh of electricity still produces less than 1 ton of urea.
